About Chalk and Cheese
Each candle and wax melt is hand-poured by owner Michelle who spent twelve months optimising the candles for burn and fragrance longevity before opening her online shop. The products are made from 100% soy wax and even the fragrances are vegan.
Giving the customers the opportunity to smell a product before buying is important to Michelle. She wants the fragrance to resonate with the customer to put them in a ‘good place’ when they light it, so they can feel relaxed and re-energised.
Being environmentally responsible is another one of Michelle’s key values. Wherever possible the products and packaging are either recycled, recyclable, bio-degradable or re-useable.
During the summer months our shop is open by appointment only.
